Ongoing Support

Here for you every step of the way. After your prosthesis fitting, we continue to support you with regular follow-up care and annual cleaning and polishing services. Our goal is to make sure your prosthesis stays comfortable, looks natural, and maintains its quality over time.

Nicole is a dedicated and highly skilled ocularist who has been with Robert B. Scott Ocularists, Ltd. since 2009. She holds a degree in Community Health with high honors from the University of Illinois, focusing on Health Education and Promotion. With a passion for ocular prosthetics and a commitment to excellence, Nicole ensures every patient receives the best care and attention. She is dedicated to advancing the field of ocularistry through education and innovation.

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive an invitation to join OnPatient, where you can fill out necessary forms, update your contact info, and insurance.

Send Us Your Insurance Information

To streamline your experience, please upload a copy of your insurance card to us in advance. This allows us to confirm your benefits and discuss coverage details with you before your visit.

If necessary, help us coordinate with your Primary Care Provider or Opthamologist to ensure you get the Greenlight for your insurance coverage
